What you will be doing
Bridge Operations and Finance: Act as a key link between operations and finance teams
Collaborate Effectively: Work seamlessly with both internal and external stakeholders
Be the Primary Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for managing resource availability for projects
Reporting: Prepare and deliver reports for weekly reviews and month-end closing
Drive Continuous Improvement: Drive efforts to enhance processes and outcomes
What we expect you to have
Strong proficiency in Excel, familiarity with ERP and project management systems
A proactive mindset in finding the right solutions
A self-starter with a motivated, independent approach
Knowledge of basic finance. Awareness of the Learning & Development (L&D) landscape is a bonus
Fluency in both Dutch and English (spoken and written)
Additional language skills in French or German are a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to Detail & Analytical Expertise: Demonstrate strong attention to detail, good analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and presentations
