What we expect from you
Drive project success: Ensure our training projects are delivered on time and to high standards.
Collaborate effectively: Work closely with clients and content experts to design and deliver impactful training programs.
Be the go-to contact: Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Assess learning needs: Organize and assess the learning needs of clients to shape training strategies.
Manage resources: Allocate and deploy resources effectively to meet identified needs.
Support in quotations: Work with your team to prepare accurate project quotations.
Monitor project progress: Keep track of timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
You organize logistics. Thanks to you, everyone is in the right place at the right time.
Evaluate and report: Lead the project evaluation process and share insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
What We Expect You to Have
Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee a project from start to finish.
A passion for Learning & Development, and a talent for guiding and supporting others.
Financial literacy, with the ability to manage budgets and invoicing.
Proficiency in both Dutch and English (spoken and written).
A completed HBO-level education or equivalent.
The ability to understand and work with the technologies involved in the projects.
Do you speak French or German? That’s a plus.
Willingness to travel to client locations and project sites as needed.
